Maybe it isnt as heavy as it looks. Because if that gold was as heavy as it looks, believe me

no bride can stand up being weighted down with all that, and she wil be miserable during

the ceremony.

i m not sure.. but I guess it's a Tamil or Malayalam tradition that brides (from wealthy family) wear so much gold jewelry.. have a look..

out of curiousity, during the whole Hanse Cronje and MD Azharuddin issue, weren't there whispers about lots of other cricketers involved in match fixing betting and Miandad's name came up quite a number of time. and everyone knows DI is the king of betting syndicates in subcontinent.

I remember the wedding pictures showing DI receiving guests created quite a furore as he was there openly receiving guests while officially being not traceable.
