Yes he did drink a lot of alchohole. He was disturbed and in anguish. He had that bottle in the house, was aware of it but took time to locate it. That explains he is not a habitual drinker like Sanjay of Megha's house.

So for those who are concerned about Nanhi, be sure Mohan is not the first drunken person she saw in this world.

No need to justify alchoholics but what we saw yesterday was not an alchoholic, escapist Devdas but just a man in plane anguish, pain and already intoxicated by the love bug. Boozing was only the result of his short tem need to forget. It also appeaed as if now that my mind is shattered, let the body go the same way.

What else but large amount of booz to shatter the mind and body?

Inspite of having consumed or perhaps due to it, Mohan was able to let the Vyas family know of the.truth of Megha and Him. So far he never thought of it. And going by the precap perhaps this is peeling the.last layer of Megha's denial of Mohan's love.

If that happened due to Megha saw Mohan so shattered, that he took to drinking and she can't bare to see him in such pain, can't bare to have caused him pain for alm this while, then so be it.

That is nbt, people in love do all kinds of things. Not only because everything is fair in love and war but because they want to stretch the.limits of their pain, tolerance and the ability to cause pain to their loved ones, only to affirm their love their life to be together in love.

Love is intoxicating enough, boozing only offered some additional dimention to it.

Please note, I am not promoting consumption of liqure nor justifying it. But yesterday Mohan consuming it is okay, as Bidzie said He is Human!!

Whatever the argument, anguish or broken mohan, the way they handled him drunk was not proper. just does not gel with Mohan's character graph. yes he was not drunkard potrayed but drinking even on impulse , and glorifying it on NBT , is not done. i look upto this show . Expect crap from other shows , but such irresponsibility from NBT , was unexpected!
