PR Today: A contrary take on Purvi - Page 3

I really hope Purvi proves you guys right. She seems to take a step in the right direction and then retreats very quickly. I don't know what to make of her but will give her the benefit of the doubt.

About the CVs, here is a simple thing - they create "issues" for the characters and the person who steps up to resolve the issues (going out of the way and using all their energies) would be the HEROINE. This is a general rule of thumb for all desi-serials, atleast on Zee. So, it had to be Archana who had to come to Arjun's rescue.

So, Archana came to Arjun's rescue and how! She not just tells the right thing at the right time to the Police who come inquiring at the hospital, she even goes to the police station to give the statement and if that was not enough, PLEADS, yeah PLEADS with tearful eyes to DK to rescue his own son!

In all this, I am glad, they did not make DK a villain, but instead gave him the lines, "Arjun, who has set out on a mission to prove himself would deny his help".

Archana once again became Mahaan by pleading DK to understand the situation and by begging to rescue Arjun from this situation. An average viewer might think how magnanimous of Archana, forgetting that Arjun's state today was solely because of her and her illogical challenge, which I am not sure if Archana herself understands or not. I really want her to understand it and utter it in the upcoming episodes that Arjun is in mess because of her and only her.

great analysis and great post... its always a treat to read ur posts... although long but i still take time to read each n every bit of it because every word speaks volumes... though i've read all ur posts this is the first time i am replying to it...
loved ur analysis on Purvi... i totally agree with u... by being silent all through the episode, shows she is silently protesting against Archana and trying to make her realize her big mistake of challenging Arjun to prove his love for Purvi...

Shyamalaji, its really nice to see that people in d forum are slowly changing their views , thanks to ur wonderful post. Yesterday soon after d episode it was sad to see everyone exasperated with purvi's actions. But now its clear that it has been interpreted in d right way... We have seen arjun's metamorphosis, from d arrogant, Sophisticated boss to a mango man( aam aadmi! dont knw if its doing him good or just getting him into trouble). Its now time for purvi to emerge from her chrysalis...
she may go to DK n join forces to get arjun out...

Serious note: That would be the first time Mahan Archana would be admitting of doing something wrong in her life...Oh No that would be a mere mortal thing to do na 😛 My take She won't... just like she yet has not realized, acknowledged or admitted any of her mistakes including the last two grave mistakes which put her marriage off into the coffin where someone else could permenantly close it by putting a nail into it...😳

I think Poorvi is in collusion with DK . Soon after Arjun announced where he had moved to in the chawl, DK must have called Poorvi as a source of information. She must have told DK about the mess Arjun is in now. Between the two of them, they ave come up with a scheme to handle the situation. This is why, I think, Poorvi is so quiet and cool at the police station...nary a word of sympathy or solace to our sweet guy, let alone affection. DK's behavior also seems premeditated. Remember also that Poorvi is a clever mover; she has gone to Judge Sukriti twice in the past regarding 'The Divorce' with no mention to anybody.
