so we see K n KN asking SS about the way SS is treating n letting ASY n his mother to stay in TN , SS brushes it off ...K n KN r confused n frustrated n they decide that something is not right ...
so we see shakuntala asking for some water to piyasia n piyasia telling her to drink from the pipe outside ... ASY intervenes n asks piyasia whether the family drinks water like that only ... n says that they r living there n they will also get water from the kitchen ... GD comes n shouts at him for daring to drink water from the kitchen...shakuntala tries to diffuse the situation by telling that she has no problem in drinking from outside ... but ASY does not listen ... he is adamant that they will also get water from where the rest of the family gets it ...P n kesar r watching silently ... GD informs ASY that they can't have water from kitchen as they r servant tribe ... P frowns at this ...where doesn piyasia drink then ? ASY counter asks that when they come to live at haveli they always eat n drink the food n water supplied n cooked by servants ... then they r not saying such things ... then why such a distinction here ? GD iterates that they r thakurs n ASY n his mother r servants...
ASY is now adamant n he goes to kitchen to fetch water , amidst protests n threats from GD ... GD is a complete orthodox woman n she goes on n on about untouchablility ... P is feeling awkward ...n asks GD to calm down as they r only asking for drinking water ...but GD is not listening ...there issues a verbal match between ASY n GD n ASY almost blurts aout that he is their caste itself, but his mother stops him ... GD challenges him n he goes on about how every human is of the same race n caste , which is human being ... n gives a long bhashan about untouchability ...n how every human is the same ... GD is not impressed n she shouts for SS ... P tries to stop her n tells her that this is a trivial matter so leave it ...kesar , who is also born n brought up in such environments scolds P for not understanding ...n tells her that ASY did wrong in not listening to GD ... P admits that he did wrong , but as she can't find any wrong in what he said about caste n all , she says that he did wrong but he said right ...
just then ASY comes n props himself in front of them in a chair n everyone is annoyed ... meanwhile prof at MMFG is worried about komal n chinki n decides to ask SS about her remarriage ...first he gets consent from his mother ...n we see a small scene between komal n chinki where we see that komal is against the very idea
at TN , K n KN arrive from work n the situation is not good ... K senses it n asks whether there is anything wrong ... GD is about to say everything but P , trying to avoid a fight tries to take K's mind off the thing n asks him whether he bought samar's books ... ofcourse K forget it , due to this new developments n she further keeps K busy by going on about the books...KN asks for water n ASY asks for 2 glasses n P looks in alarm as K n KN gears up for another fight ...
at that time prof comes n yet another situation for fight is avoided ...all r irritated as ASY dashes forward n welcomes prof ...prof is surprised to find him at TN ... nobody moves from their place while ASY asks prof to sit down ...prof is uncertain as why he is telling him to sit ... and P as a good DIL of the house saves the situation by coming forward n asking prof to sit so that he doesn't feel more awkward ... prof wants to meet SS n SS comes ...ASY is blocking SS's way n trying to stand near his seat n SS tells him to move to the back ... prof puts forward his suggestion n wish n everybody is shocked n thinking ...SS don't want to discuss such matters in front of ASY but ASY agrees with prof , much to the irritation n anger of tahkurs ...prof is confused
