I was a non-vegetarian and then a vegetarian (to give my dad company) and I couldnt take it anymore so I'm back to square one now 😆. I eat vegetarian 3 days a week, seafood on one day and chicken/lamb for 2 days and I'm way healthier than I was when I was a vegetarian. I dont care, its a person's personal choice. It's so annoying when vegetarians talk shit about non-vegetarians and vice versa.
