@sandia - Nice post my friend. I too miss our daily discussion thread and lovely analysis by our friends. I was going to try and open the discussion thread but felt that it would not be fair on my part to open the thread without watching the episodes. At the moment, I am sticking to reading the written updates.. I haven't completely given up on the show yet.
I completely agree with you in saying that Krishna is taking Pintu for granted. Yes, she has to play the role of a daughter, officer, DIL and wife. She is striving hard to portray all but the role of an understanding wife. She has to take time for her husband too. After all they both are newly weds and Pintu has been very understanding and supportive of her in helping her achieve her goals of being a daughter, officer and DIL and achieve success in all of the aforementioned roles. Now it is her turn to be supportive of him and help him to be succesful. She could talk to him about his job situation as he clearly wants to make something out of his life and not sit at home. I am not asking her to be harsh like Dadi Bua but be understanding and supportive by talking to him about his goals/plans.
I have to say that I was shocked to see the post about KM and Mitali lacking chemistry. That is absurd. They had great chemistry before the wedding and they still do but the CVs are not doing justice to their chemistry with the current track when Krishna has the world's problems on her shoulders and does not seem to understand that her husband although very understanding and supportive is also a human being with his own wants/needs/flaws. No one is perfect. She has her flaws and so does he but they complement each other pretty good.
I watched the Friday episode just out of curiosity to see what this Sikka person is all about. I have to say that Pintu was true to his character standing up for his wife and I loved his passion and courage to stand up like that in front of that lady. I did not like when he said that if she messes with Krishna that he would not hesitate to become the worst gunda in the world. As is, the reporters keep calling him gunda in all the articles when he was not one and now they would have a field trip with this statement of his. Nonetheless, I liked it.. simply because after a long time I get to see Pintu in action 😃.
As I had said in my earlier post, KM and Mitali are great actors and as far I am concerned, no one else could do justice to the roles of Pintu and Krishna except them. Love them both and hope to see this new track revive their characters and brings in the much needed TRPs as the ratings have been very very low. I hate to see such a good show not being received properly by the viewers simply because of the screw up of the CVs.
Also, there was another post about Mitali's makeup.. I have to agree that her makeup, hair style and jewellery has become very dull and broing over the past few weeks. She is a gorgeous girl and we all loved the sarees, makeup, simple jewellery she wore before the wedding. Just because she is married does not mean that she has to look so boring. Last week she wore the same saree, jewellery(that looked like an old lady would wear - no offense to older women, just saying..) for four consecutive days. I am not saying that she has to change her hairstyle, jewellery, every day but obviously saree has to be changed. They don't have to go and buy new ones.. They could recycle the ones that she had worn before but with suttle makeup and jewellery that is age appropriate.
