Kesar and his legendary 'chhhii'...funny as it was... That D wanted her and she won't kow tow..in here she actually surrendered and Kesar said 'chhi' ( waise the way she surrendered, I actually don't blame him) Dushyant became totally uninhibited and conniving... Trying to possess her..but still maintaining a facade before the society...Kesar actually rejected the horrible proposal to posesses her and claimed before all and sundry that she was his patni... Ab kya bole...Kesar toh Kesar hai...

Dushyant became all ready to have her at any cost...to be near her... So much that he followed Vasant and family on a wrong pretext...Kesar actually told her that he would not show her his face if she doesnot wish to see it ( though his brave stance didnot last one single day..but that apart 😆

Dushyant went down and under because of his love...Kesar rose high...higher than the all mahaan Gulaal... In love...and for both..this was a turning point...but Dushyant headed towards wjere he couldnot turn back..and Kesar headed towards where he need not turn back..it was Gulaal who had to run up to match eith the strature of his...

On a side note...Seems like whole of Gulaal cast is coming back...Manoj Joshi in some Guj based serial, and NB too in that beauty and the beast adaptation..and ofcourse Geeshy's fav Hally with Alaxmi (I am liking hte promos) and one more character..Gulaal's friend preleap..the one who portrayed herself as 'Nijara' before Vasant ..in Sony's Byah humari bahu ka...Kya baat hai😛

Roshni...lovely scene selection😃

Coming to the scenes.I saw both the scenes and what a parallel...wow...this is seen so rarely on shows nowadays.I really love the contrast between Gulaal's reactions in the both the scenes.They look very similar at first glance but actually there's a huge difference.She surrenders in both the scenes but in the first scene with Dushyant she actually was going to go through with it and then end her life.She knew Dushyant murdered her husband...his brother just to possess her.She was completely aware of his obsession...she knew he would never stop until he made her his...she did not have a choice and so she decided to sacrifice herself to his "havas" as she called it and then give up her life cause she would never be able to live after that.She was ready...she had made peace with the fact...but her accusing him of the murder shook him up and her words awakened the "insaniyat" in him and in that one instant he changed from the beast he had become to a man who had finally come back to his senses...This was the moment when his redemption started.That last shot with him opening the door and walking towards the light was really brilliant na.Gulaal's dialogues about sacha pyaar are so similar in both the scenes.No wonder she was over reacting in the scene with Kesar because Kesar's zid to make her come back to the house in a way reminded her of Dushyant's obsession.I think that's why she reacted in that way belittling his love...she said the same thing to Dushyant and Dushyant's reaction was the similar to Kesar's but instead of saying chiii😆 he reacted aggressively.

Gulaal was just acting out...venting out her frustrations towards Kesar in that scene.She knew in her heart that Kesar would never do anything that would shame her...hurt her...She was just trying to hurt him...saying all those mean words but the moment Kesar reacts she breaks down...and Kesar did really teach her the meaning of "sacha pyaar" na.She had no choice but to surrender to his selfless and all consuming pure love for her😳

Srushti,I will be gaayab from the forum for the whole of next week...going on a vacation...so I will be missing the next scene😭

Dushyant was one EPIC character in Gulaal which went shaheed due to overemphasis on a Brainless BandariyaThe scene in which we actually see a a bad boy taking the path of redemption step by step walking towards the light symbolically and metaphorically too.That was really One wonderful scene Mini Agreed.The way Gulaal had the guts to dare someone who actually kidnapped her..One strong woman...Wonnderful.But Honestly Dushyant was a wonderful character..The way he was obsessed with Gulaal and was instrumental in finally giving us the PERFECT HOUSEHUSBAND in the form of Kesar were brilliantly handled by the CV's.Coming to the next scebne where the BRAT utters the famous chii😆I think that was a beautiful scene too.The lashing out of Gulaal accusing him was so potraying her hurt on being pushed.She was abrat we all know that and one thin g always made her retaliate that was pushing and Kesar in hsi desperate attempt to get her back in the house actually pushed her .But I loved the retaliation of Kesar.The chii was EPIC...The hurt on his face on being accused of something that he had not even imagined in his remotest dreams was wonderfully done by Neil.He loved her more than anything and PHYSICALITY being the last thing on his mind.The hurt was very well handled..In all wahat an interesting parallel...Galool being Galool in both the scenes👏
