my diagnosis on mohans irrational behaviour

i guess we all have been despairing about mohan having false hopes and building fake castles in the air so we thought he was blind because of love but now the situation has taken a serious turn with mohan misreading meghas disgust expression as shyness so i decided to do research and found out the reason for mohans behaviour and it is hospital and i am sure hospital is a fishy one as they had anatomy posters in icu and i am sure they goofed up big time and during blood transfusion they gave a drug addict blood to mohan and all that drug induced blood in his veins in addition to medicines he took is causing mohan hallucinations and keeping him on a false high and preventing him from seeking logic and reasons and failing to interpret meghas correct reaction to his majnugiri

well blood is reason for mohans behaviour

you cannot totally blame mohan, megha herself risked her life when she ventured to save him, he has seen her crying in the car as well as when she was peeping from the glass in ICU
