I have been experiencing problem with Star Plus Player for past couple of months... and have been mailing the star plus team for quite some time now, but no response .
Just now i mailed Uday Shankar - ceo of star plus and got his immediate reply.
my mail:
Hi
Am highly disappointed with the feedback you guys at star plus have been providing.
This is my 15th mail to the concerned authorities and till now, no single response from your end.
Am an NRI currently residing in UAE, and from March 2012, i have been unable to view my favorite show - "Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon " on the star plus player.
Please Please rectify this, as a lot of my friends who are staying outside of India are facing this problem.
Hoping to hear a positive response at least this time from you at the earliest.

Though you can touch base with our local cable distributors in the UAE namely ADD (Arab Digital Distribution) and get Star Plus in your cable bouquet. Hope this helps!
