Tam just doesn't know it yet but...

Prats could reveal the blood is not K's type

Abhi is already suspicious of him

Abhi questioned him for the questions Tam posed

Abhi even asked him if Tam told the truth about the missing phone in court

Abhi knows the phone could turn the case in K's favor

Maybe K will remind the judge he had no blood on his shirt when he was arrested. Could ask for police to verify if he had blood stains on his clothes.
