Siddhi going to Vira doesnt mean she doubts Kunals abilities. In her words "mujhe aap par pura bharosa hai par kismat par nahi" She knows that before being a lawyer he is a loving husband and father to be and in a worst case scenario would sacrifice his freedom to save his wife and baby. She wanted to prevent that from happening. She wanted to prevent Kunal from being punished for the "accident" she caused

yes dats wat ithink too..many are misunderstanding her and yes coz of her actions she is bound to misunderstood ...yes she doesnt want kunal to land in any trouble but the approach she is using for it is wrong..
