Komal and Prof's Lawsuit?

Hi I have a couple of questions thought maybe you guys could help me answer them.

I don't know the laws of India, but the prosecutor will proceed with the criminal case against Krishna right. So what kind of case will the lawyer Abhimanyu file on behalf of Komal and the professor a wrongful death suit. If this is the case then will Pratigya have to help fight two cases for Krishna.

Will the time and cause of death help to free Krishna since there will be a discrepancy with when K arrived and cause of death and the prosecutor will have to drop the criminal case because of insufficient evidence and therefore Krishna will be released. Will the prof and komal continue with there case thinking that SS is behind Krishna getting off because of his influence and power and he maniupulated the evidence. Will we see kriya working together to clear his name and in the process Tanmay will be revealed as the real killer.

Sounds like a good way to put the criminal case behind them and focus on the wrongful death case. If the criminal case was on, a WD case may have to wait until the verdict on the murder case was handed down.

Thanks for clearing it up for me. So the WD case might have to be filed after the verdict on the murder case, that makes sense. That means then Krishna maybe out soon.

Y'day the lawyers indicated it's an open and shut case with "fansi" punishment for K. So why would they drop the case on grounds of lack of sufficient evidence to convict. Maybe the blood analysis/forensic evidence shows a third person's blood that is not K on Adarsh's body. That could turn the case on it's head.

I don't know if the lawyers have got the Post mortem report yet. Maybe they are going with the what the eyewitnesses and Tanmay said. Won't the Post mortem show that Adarsh was strangled and the time of death, so the fact that K put the pole in him would be shown as not the cause of death. Depending on the time of death Chandu could be a witness to that if we ever see him, don't know what happened to him.

i wonder if they will ever come with the forensic report lol
