Bhuvana has been claiming she also worked very hard day and night to get to this position of owning the superspeciality hospital. Is she lying? I am tempted to believe both Lax and Bhu worked very hard since the day they got together to live and so are in this position. (similar to how Puvi and Sudha work together in business.) Is it not the case? Is it the case in which Laxman has been working hard with thorough efficiency and because of his steam and energy Lax and Bhu are in high position with a big house and hospital and Bhu is just enjoying the hardwork done by Lax? This is what TPS's mom's talks make me believe. And because everything lax/bhu has is based on lax's hardwork, TPS can claim both the hospital and the bungalow. Probably all that bhu knows is doing something with rowdies. Even Bhu may have trapped Laxman by blackmailing him in a certain way and so became a ondeendaval. So TPS if she had claimed her rights on the day Laxman left by understanding him also, things could have been different. Is it how it works now?
