There are 2 things here. Sundar is cheating his own sister indirectly. Atleast once or wtwice, he can be shown as lending or giving money by selling his property to Jetha who may suddenly face some financial problem. Thus Sundar's character can be redeemed to some extent.

And Daya emotionally blackmails Jetha and even Champak supports her all the time.

Overall the show is quite good and sometimes interesting. And Jetha rocks.
