They respond in few weeks to your email with standard response but they do read those...

I totallyyy agree with you ipkknd deserves better trps more importance on star plus more impotant awards like best actor best actress best drama we have a huge number of views on youtube a huge number of following on facebook and india forums and will try to send them an email everyday 😉
