I totally agree with @USManeetian, when you live with someone for long. Sometimes you will not be able to find the "tiny" mistakes the person you live with has , particularly when it is your Mum! Someone from outside has to point out that their behaviour is totally wrong in the given situation!

I hope G3 says it quite in black and white otherwise Yash might not be able to crack the code on G3!

I know this might not be the ideal time to find fault with Aarti, but this kind of goes to show that Ansh acts the way he does around her, giving her the chase and being a toophan, because he seems to sense that she needs it. He is indeed a very intuitive little boy and he clearly has a protective streak for his mother. Maybe after his papa saves him, if not Aarti, he will have a new trust and respect for his papa that is not just infatuation, but a real love.

@Samana: You ask any mother...they'll say almost the same thing, "My kid was OK when I wasn't around. It's only me he/she troubles." It's just that it's only mothers with whom kids feel that they have the right to take them for granted. I call it the UC itch...the umbilical cord itch.😛 With others, even fathers, they normally behave. Uncanny...but that's the cosmic truth!!😊

I feel the Action sequence will come on wednesday because CVs will want to hold the audience for this entire week ..so if things happen today or tomorrow itself ,people might not tune in for rest of the week ..so the drama of G3 might happen today and tomorrow followed by Yash making a decision ...and then Action sequence of Yash followed by Ansh rescue act will happen on Wednesday-Thursday I guess and friday could b Ansh-Aarti union 😃

I hope they don't drag it till Friday, whole day today for Gayatri drama is too much to keep audience captive I feel.I think they should wrap it by Wednesday as Manju is already thinking, Yash-Aarti already drained and kidnapper not willing to wait, since Scindias are too powerful. Seriously watching Aarti crying her heart out loud that long will be painful.

I think that was just because Ansh was hungry at the time. My brother still makes it difficult for us to feed him in the comforts of his own home. But say for some reason he doesnt get food for a while, he will demand it and finish it up on his own. My father thinks its because we pamper him at home by making food readily available every few hours.

@Geets, Indu and Sonika: Ok I understand what you are saying but I find it interesting that you all accept this fact with resignation, while Aarti worries about it. And it is not just in this context either (in which case it would be totally non-relevant) but in one of the first episodes, Aarti makes puris for Ansh late at night, when he claims to be hungry and instead of eating them he gives her the chase. Shobha offers to feed him but Aarti refuses to let her. I think Aarti enjoys the fact that Ansh is so difficult with her. I think she allows him to take up as much of her time as possible. In fact it is ironic, but she is doing the same thing as Gayatri, in the sense defining herself as the mother of her son and nothing else. Anyway, this went off on a weird tangent but it was a line in the segment that really caught my attention!

Totally spot on. Aarti wants to be needed by someone and wants to perpetuate the dependence of Ansh on her, even if he really is not. Ansh has been her avocation apart from being her son.

Yash's accusation of her mollycoddling the child was somewhat on target - though maybe the timing was off. He was responding to her after Ansh's abuse but the woman has been hovering around her child almost obsessively..my fear is unless the kidnapping is shown as caused by something really unavoidable, she will continue...here's hoping I am wrong and she will change for Ansh's benefit.

Will switch to the new thread now.
