Today's episode was about the Influence of drugs.
Four friends or as said in Punjab "char velli", their life was ruined by drugs. Those four normal teenagers killed someone because of greed. Lalach kya kuch nahi karvata logo se.
Param was an 18 years old who belonged to a fairly rich family, went a good school and had very close friends. His dad was a bit strict on him who was necessary but his mother would always try to hell him and take his side.
Gurwinder was from a very loveable and rich family. He lived with his Grandmother who took care of 2 sons and 4 daughters from which one was adopted. Pammi, she loved "dadi" and Gurwinder. He was the only Grandson, so he was spoilt. Dadi ka ladla.
Manjeet belonged to a middle class family but was sent to a big school by his father. His father owned a medical shop.
Honey belonged to a lovable family.
These four friends belonged to a lovable family but for some reason they started taking drugs. Their first time, they went out at night, had some drinks and Param started to inhale cocaine. Manjeet and Gurwinder had it too but Honey didn't want to but he was forced. They did it just because they thought it was cool.
For those drugs the needed money, big cash. If they didn't have the money, do u think they will stop? The answer is NO.
THIS WAS A BEGINING OF THE END
Gurwinder lied to his grandmother to get money from her for his drug addiction. He said it was for tuitions at school. When dadi asked for the form, he started arguing and shouting at her and left.
Those guys were from good families. They did everything that a normal guy does. Drink, check out girls, Drive around but they were different because they started taking drugs too.
So they didn't have any money to buy drugs and they were desperate and if nothing else worked, they decided to steal money from a person for their addiction. It was not helping, it was just getting worse.
The interesting part is that the addicts think that they are not addicted and they can stop anytime they want. But it's not that easy. A smoker is smoking his last cigarette everyday and a Drinker is drinking his last drink every day.
Eventually they ran out of money, and couldn't take drugs anymore and they couldn't stop either because it was too late. They were addicted to it. When they didn't get the drugs, they started to become violent and very aggressive. They were are getting very very sick. Their behaviour with people around them changed. Param was flirting with his maid and got caught by his father and his father refused to give him any money. Honey started to get aggressive around his friend Mandy. Manjeet couldn't do anything either because he belonged to a middle class family. They were all very sick. Their addiction was taking over day by day.
They all meet to come up with a solution of the situation. They came up with a plan to steal from Param's dad but he was giving excuses and then Gurwinder comes up with a plan of stealing his own grandmother's jewellery. Manjeet thought of using chloroform from his father's shop to proceed the plan.
Now their habbit was a requirement, they need the drugs. Like karan said, 'Adat ab zaroorat ban chuki thi'. They were at the point where they were ready to do anything for the drugs. They thought their plan was really simple and it was going to be easy. Well it was certainly not going to be easy.
Gurwinder sneaked into the house when Pammi left and his grandmother was sleeping. He used the chloroform on his dadi to make her unconscious and try to steal her jewellery. When he was talking of her earring, she woke up and saw her grandson stealing from her. She starts to hit him and he didn't want to get caught so he used the pillow and pressed it over her face till she couldn't breath anymore. In the mean time Pammi returned and saw what was happening and started to hit Gurwinder. His friends entered the house and saw what was happening. They were too scared to get caught that they his Pammi with a hammer on the head, and then Gurwinder did it too. Both Dadi and Pammi died on the spot.
Gurwinder killed his own grandmother and after doing so, they all tried to run away. After the murder, all they were thinking about the money they would get from all the jewellery. The sad part was that Gurwinder was not ashamed at all, after killing his Grandmother, he did not have any reaction on his face. What he said was, "Meri dadi thi, mar gayi".
It was all because of drugs, as Karan said, 'Drugs insaan ko andar se khokhla kar dete hai'. Those teenagers didn't realise when they turned into addicts and murders from normal teens.
They all went to Honey's house. Gurwinder had blood stain on his jeans and he told her that it was from sauce and asked her to clean it. Then she was called up and told about the murder of Pammi and dadi but she didn't tell Gurwinder because he thought he is a child and he will be really disturbed. When she gets there and see all the blood, she immediately suspected Gurwinder and his friends but she didn't tell anyone.
While investigating police came to a conclusion that the murderer was someone from the house or someone who know them very well. They questioned Gurwinder but he lied that he was at college the whole day. Later his ID card was found near dadi's bed and the police investigated and found out that he was not at college. They also questioned their friend Mandy. Late the police found out where the stolen jewellery was sold and there all four of them were caught.
Why do you think they did this? It all started because of their addiction. They started it because of excitement and to do something new. New thrills in life, who knew it would end up being so serious.
As people take drugs, the start to crave for them and if they don't get it, they show the risk taking behaviour and it's more in children. They can do anything to fulfil their cravings.
