Ii am actually very glad that the emotions of the ARVI fans are displayed so strongly on this forum. I think everyone is just steeIng themselves for the trauma ahead. I was watching the ARVI scenes since Jan and the creatives took a lot of effort to build this story up over 4 months. Keeping this in mind, I really hope they will show some sensitivity and sensibility with this storyline.
Both of them and all of us are in for major pain. Yes Purvi will suffer greatly but I think Arjun and Archana will bear th brunt. I know a lot of u are mad with Arjun and its true he should have handled this better. But he is a guy and guys and girls are on different emotional levels and have a different way of looking at things. And he is in for a really rude awakening because being a guy he probably is too dense to realize the extent of Ovi's obsession with him and the lengths she is willing to go. Case in point: Punni. It didn't even occur to him to suspect her in the MMS fiasco because his mind doesn't think that way. Now if he were a woman on the other hand and given the undercover catty nature of girls...he would have immediately thought further 😉
Also, It is bad enough to be in Purvi's place and see your love forcefully engaged to someone else...but it is 100 times worse to be forced to have a relationship with someone u don't love. You don't have the luxury of solitude, tears, and the ability to take the time and space u need to nurse a broken heart- because u have to deal with that other person.
Ironically I have hopes on Punni now. Let's not forget that the MMS that hurt them and us (and also scared a bunch of us into thinking that was the end of the love story right there because Purvi wouldnt get a chance to confess and it is Ekta's serial...remember those posts? 😛 In trying to destroy them again Ovi and Punni are going to be the reason they finally get married. Just like Punni is the reason the are both so in love with each other now...otherwise these glances, subtle chemistry, boss/employee thing would have kept continuing)
I do hope Hugh hat he creatives go easy on us and keep in mind our sentiments...and don't take things to a level we can't bear. We can get through the upcoming drama as long as they make sure to give us the one thing we really need: hope. Without that then it will be time to stop watching and move on to something else.
