Jagya may not have any right to Dsa's estate unless Dsa bequeath him anything on her own. But there is another contention available to him perhaps. Nagaur property, managed by Tausa, has distinct claim from Kalyani Devi's husband's side. Though Kalyani is alive, Jagya may forward his claim on Grandfather's estate. More so, if Grandfather or Tausa had inherited it from their ancestors.

But from the events leading to it, K clan can counter charge him with bigamy. A property is ancestral only if it is undivided for 4 generations. The 4th generation person can claim it after the death of his parents.

This is a big issue and they may call even panchayat and our sarpanch has to decide.😉

anandi may spring a surprise. She may ask Jagya and Gauri to take care of the village hospital and also their property. Once they start fulfilling their responsibilities, they will get a share as and when the appropriate time comes. She may ask Jagya to take care of dadisa and his parents as well.
If he asks for rights, he should also fulfil the responsibilities.😆

Dadisa may moot the idea of calling panchayat to test anandi's judgmental capacities.

Jagya may decide to stay and Gauri will be catch 22 situation. The glamorous city life and the dull village life.
