Jagya may not have any right to Dsa's estate unless Dsa bequeath him anything on her own. But there is another contention available to him perhaps. Nagaur property, managed by Tausa, has distinct claim from Kalyani Devi's husband's side. Though Kalyani is alive, Jagya may forward his claim on Grandfather's estate. More so, if Grandfather or Tausa had inherited it from their ancestors.

But from the events leading to it, K clan can counter charge him with bigamy. Though it has nothing to do with property dispute, but just as counter measurement, once JG have stooped to low level of blackmailing them for property issue in 'bargain' (?!) for divorce. They themselves are opening a murky tactic available to Singhs!

But more, it looks like Cvs are building an all round ruin for Jagya, with overt and explicit contribution from ma'm Gauri.
