Mr. Scindiya - a sexist?

Funny enough, I was going to make a topic talking about how women in shows like this are basically treated like servants. And by contrast, independent women are always seen in a negative light.

Exactly why are women portrayed as nothing more than servants in these kind of shows? The only Zee TV show I have seen where the woman is both independent and a positive character is "Asfar Bitya". And even the character, Krishna, is still not fully independent as it seems that she needs a man to fully complete her.

And on this show, Mr. Scindiya's words were very sexist indeed. It's as if women are only good for serving the family and that is it.

Thoughts on this.

Yeah Papa Scindia is still stuck in the 18th century when the women had to stay home and take care of the house and the kids 😕It's the modern age why doesn't he let the women in his family pursue a carrer if they want to 😡I can't wait for Paridhi to finally blow up 😉
