It was so funny the way Mithun made the announcement, like first he said one crore and the crowds responded and then he said, galat, 2 crores and crowds screamed louder and then he said galat, teen crore, xxx lakhs etc etc etc.

The only justification is : DDID has rediscovered maths and 1 + 15 + 34 + 34+ 47 lakhs add up 3 crores xxx lakhs xxx hazaar etc etc
