I don't think i.e her ultimate goal to outsource Anu to raise her kids, she is trying to make Pradeep realize his responsibilities as a father. She opted to stay next door so she cud monitor her kids, and chose for them to stay @Andheri instead of Colaba. By being surrounded by Mona's pics, her life and 12yrs she has given to her family, Pradeep will grow out of his infatuation. Eventually Anu would get fed up of small home, kids resp and leave Pradeep alone. I guess i.e the direction the story is going...Its a perfect move and good inspiration for anyone who is going thru similar circumstances (exclude me :)
