I guess they have the star status attached to them, plus Cinema is a world that is not real and we tend to see stars in so many roles, the image tends to carry off as well. I think Doctors and ordinary ppl are Kings and Queens on their on right, if they manage to do something extraordinary, wheres as stars just have to go bang bang on screen and we go mad about them. But there are countless stars who lead an unknown life after retiring, we get to hear about them when they hit headlines on account of death. We love to worship the rising sun.
