I do think it has something to do with rejecting shyam in term of AR properties. Like, if shyam divorce anjali jha then he will have no right at all on Raizada property.

Another possibility can also that because he married khushi and has deep down realised that how much he hurt her. therefore, he decided to transfer some of his properties to khushi at the end of 6 months marriage contract. I bet shyam may think that if he can get hold to khushi then he can also will be able to get this property of khushi. He will be more convinced to get khushi. Also, he will find out in the coming future, but khushi will not be able to find out for a long time...

What i would like that file to say...

Shyam has no rights on AR property as well as the child. And if any case, he is trying to marry khushi,,,he will be fined and end up paying huge amount that he just cannot afford ( honestly he cannot afford a piece of gum without anjali's help)
But i like your option a lot better. heheh it will be funny to see his face...in your face snake
