~Chapter 1~
It was a beautiful Sunday morning, as Arnav got up from bed he felt unusually fresh and a peace in his heart. He hadn't felt like that for ages but somewhere he was happy and somewhere he wanted to be emotional so much mixed feelings I don't know what's so special today. It's pouring down the window so badly oh wow what a beautiful morning he thought once again, after brushing his teeth he was out of the kitchen with his black coffee. Arnav turned on the television lets catch up with the news at least today he thought to himself. He sat on his black leather couch in his small lounge. Arnav lived alone in an apartment; very near to his current workplace. His family lived few hours away from his workplace; it wasn't long since he shifted into that apartment he always owned. Arnav was quite rich, demanding in life, arrogant, careless he was "THE ASR"Arnav switched on the telly and the flashing news was "Journey of my Life" book was released just yesterday and it was causing mayhem in the book stores. Arnav said what the hell, don't these news reporters have any other news than this. It's like J.K. Rowling released another Harry Potter book (which she had actually promised that there won't be anything like this happening) << This is what I would call news he thought and laughed. He changed the channel and there was the same news about some Author under the name of "Pagal Ladki" released this book; he thought that if this is making such big news I should listen to it once. Who knows maybe I know this person he exclaimed.
*Tring Tring*
Arnav's cell was ringing and he ran to get it and finally said hello, Arnav was very much into the conversation with person on the otherside because it went for a long time and then hung up saying ok bye. He turned around towards the telly in a second he was disturbed, he dropped his cell on floor the instant he saw Khushi on the news.
He was totally traumatized he didn't know how to react, he fell sitting up straight on his couch the moment his legs felt exhausted. His sentiments were all mixed up he didn't know what to feel at all happy, sad; Arnav felt heartless after a long time.
Reporter: Mam' thank you for your precious time we really appreciate it.
Khushi: A slight smirk curved up her lips, "The pleasure is all mine"
Reporter: So how do you feel about your success on your book "Journey of my Life"
Khushi: Success? Well I wasn't expecting this at all, I just confined down what came to mind and what I felt. It's not like I had to think about writing the book in depth, it all came from my heart and my mind connected with it. That's it!
Reporter: Oh, so who's the special someone in your life, that you would dedicate this book to?
Khushi: Honestly no-one I think, only the people who entered my life encouraged me in writing this up. Everyone has been acknowledged in my book, I hope I haven't left any of my inspirational friends or acquaintances. If I did please forgive me it's a humble request and she grinned towards the camera. A small tear had crawled down from the side of her eye, that went unnoticed by the reporter but was noticed by Arnav.
Reporter: Thank you Ms. Khushi we really appreciate your time for this short interview. So, viewers that was Ms. Khushi's with her new irresistible book "Journey of my Life", it's filled with emotions and love everything at one place. On a special note before we let you go "Pagal Ladki" aka Khushi has send 10 books to her loved one's special friends& family member's.
Lucky friends I should say, let's take a short break for now will be back with more details on her book. Stay tuned.
Arnav was still dumbstruck, he sprung out of his couch and ran to his bedroom pulled up his Denim Jeans and wore a t-shirt, took his wallet and keys ran down to his car. Sat in and drove off he didn't know where he was going; his body was taking him somewhere he never been to.
