Knowing Gopi, and her insecurities, she is going to assume he is only confessing because of obligation. But if he were to confess first, then she would know he really does love her and there would be no doubts.

Even though Gopi feels he loves her, for her it is hard to intake. She has never had anyone to love her like Ahem loves her and so she would take his confession, after finding out about the tryst, as a obligation. But if he were to confess first, then there is no need to think of any if's and's or but's 😃

I think he does realize and has accepted that he loves her and he is in his own way courting her. In India, its not like they can go out on a date or anything.

Especially in the Modi parivaar. He has taken every opportunity to make her feel special, he changed his ways to make her happy, he has even managed to start smiling at her...something unheard of for Ahem...I would love to see Ahem repent as well, but we also need to give him credit for doing all he has done so far. If we want to see him suffer for putting Gopi thru all she went thru, then we are going to be waiting a long time before they will be together...

Gopi keeps Ahamji at an arm's length for a few more days while he is trying to figure out what happened. He keeps supporting her trying to show her in every way possible that he adores her. While he watches Gopi's demeanor, his memory cells are triggered and he remembers how Gopi used to behave in the early days of their marriage. How he scolded her at the drop of a hat and constantly showed her that she meant nothing to him through his callousness and heartlessness . He has to put his past to rest before his confession.

He should repent what he did while tries to make it all up for his harsh deeds to Gopi in his own unique way. We should see Gopi acting just like Aham did back then - sometimes hot and sometimes cold to increase his confusion. Finally, he can not take his own guilt and Gopi's tears any more and has a talk with her in anger or calmly (although anger will suit him better). He asks for her forgiveness for his insensitive behavior and confesses to her. That is when Gopi can ask him if he loves her so much, how come he forgot about the moments when he expressed that love to her on Holi day.

I want Aham's repentance track and his trying to make up to Gopi for all the heart ache he gave to her to drag a little. I mean Gopi took it all for almost 365 days. For Aham, it has been only 2 days. And Gopi is not even mean to him or humiliating him as he did in front of the whole family. She is just distant. Doesn't she deserve to be showered with all the adoration and adulation she can get from her remorseful Ahamji? Once the confession happens, Gopi is not going to let her Ahamji feel guilty about anything. So I would like to see more of a guilty Ahamji now.
