Hi friends 😃

This is a word game I found in my English teacher's classroom. Some phrases are easy, and some brain teasers. I decided to make a contest for it.😉Here are the directions & rules.😊

Instructions:
Each phrase contains the initials of words that will make it correct. Find the full form of the initials.
some examples=
1) 16- O. in a P.--->16-ounces in a pound.
2) 26- L. of the A.--->26-letters of the alphabet
3) 7- D. of the W.--->7 days of the week

Rules:
Take out a piece of paper and pencil and answer as many phrases as you can. PM all of the answers you think you have to me. Please DO NOT post your answers in this thread, as it leaves no point to the game. I will post the phrases you must solve in another post. Then, whomever sent the most correct answers will get a special prize.😊

If you have any questions, go ahead and ask me 😛

Last day to send in your entries is Monday, July 17th

The phrases

1) 12- S. of the Z. (astrology)

2) 54- C. in a D. [with J's] (game; must solve for J!)

3) 9- P. in the S.S. (science)

4) 32- D.F. at which W.F. (science)

5) 3- B.M. (S.H.T.R.) (nursery rhyme)

6) 4- Q. in a G. (units)

7) 24- H. in a D.

8) 1- W. on a U. (transportation)

9) 5- D. in a Z.C. (residence)

10) 11- P. on a F.B.T. (sport)

11) 1000- W. that a P. is W.

12) 29- D. in F. in a L.Y.

13) 64- S. on a C.B. (game)

14) 60- S. in a M.

15) 1- H. on a U. (fantasy)

16) 9- J. in the S.C.

17) 7- B. for S.B.

18) 32- T. in the M.

19) 12- N. on a C.

20) 9- P. on a B.B.T. (sport)

Try to answer as many as you can, they're pretty easy if you think hard 😛 In parentheses are your hints for the harder phrases😃 Good luck 😛
