We've had this thread in the Ramayan forum long back whenever people did not feel emotionally well, and it works really good!
The only rule is that whenever you're feeling emotionally unwell, angry, frustrated, or just any negative feeling, type out 'Jai Shri Ram' as many times as you can in this thread. You could do it just for fun also even when you're feeling perfectly well.
You cannot copy and past the same mantra but type it out each time. It's really interesting to see how many times people type out 'Jai Shri Ram' in one go, and it really helps you feel more positive.😊
