I have to say a BIG thank you to the CVs and team of HD. Today's episode brought back a lot of good memories..anyone that was growing up in the 90s probably remembers the song, "Kaali teri choti hai Paranda tera laal ni." It was a big rage when it came out especially in Shaadis. For me, it holds a lot of memories, so I was pleasantly surprised when the song was used today. CVs could have opted for a latest, more happening kinda track but this is HD, they stick with what suits the nature of the show. And I must say, it fitted very well with the environment ;)
And how wonderfully Sumit performed. I adored his expressions 😳 although the character Mandira gets on on my nerves, the actress that plays her also performed very nicely. And as always, Rati was very much in character! But the best part of the performance was when Rishi was trying to get hold of Indira's hand...that too with the music! It was very much on beat :P
But what to say about Mandira. A lot of girls dream of getting married to a wealthy guy and want to live a lavish lifestyle- nothing wrong in that. But the trouble is when she wants to compromise on her self respect. How unfortunate that she ended up in bed with Sameer. If only Mandira had one percent of Indira's level of thinking in her...
However, the highlight for me was Indira and Rishi moments. Right from the wedding talk...to Rishi's naughty behaviour, up to the introduction of Antra Mantra 😆 and how I loved the fact that Indira said "humare bachche 😳 I also liked Indira's stance towards Sameer. I'm glad she advised him to refer to her as Bhabhi. Good going, Indira! Glad she put him in his place.
This week's HD has been too good so far. I have to praise and appreciate the CVs and the team overall for such exciting episodes. I am eagerly waiting for the Holi special. Good job, Hitler Didi 👏 This show is special- koi maane, ya na maane 😉
