Their bond is soo forced , it looks like the billi family was forced because armaan suddenly realised that he needs abhira back after getting jealous with anshuman. I would have actually liked abhira and maira's bond has abhira shown a bit of spine to leave armaan and fight for maira's custody . It's beyond my understanding how can a woman live with a man who made you stay away from your daughter for seven years.

Abhira is nothing but a mere egg donor for maira who just gave her dna unlike armaan who legit spent years with her . Giving birth always doesn't make you mother . Maira's case is the best example, ruhi kept maira in her womb but she is just a surrogate with no emotional or genetic connect to maira . Similarly abhira , the biological mother has bare minimum emotional connect and stability with her daughter.

Yes she can definitely give good parvarish to maira and make her a strong independent girl but it will at the end depend on maira who to listen and follow, vidya or kaveri because she's not child anymore (she will become an adult in 2 years)

This is the deep issue as you have rightly point out. They messed up from the moment abhira knew maira is her beti and when maira knew abhira is her mom. Both reactions were very cold which almost killed the emotional connect right there. Neither abhira was angry enough than she should've ( she should be burning with rage) nor maira ne question Kiya apne papa se aap ne meri mumma se mujhe dur kyu rakha. Both the characters highly diminished there. Then the rest of the emotional connect was killed with abhira accepting armaan back with terrible words like 'Jo hua so hua' and cringe words like monkey billi they used to say each other. Nobody in real life talks like that.

Correct approach would've been after abhira finding out that maira is her daughter she should've tried everything to put armaan in jail and started a Custody battle. Audience wanted to see armaan suffering for his wrongdoings. But he got a clean shit and trps tanked after that and even the show. If they want abhira-armaan to eventually reunite armaan suffering in jail and then living for 3-4 years without maira could've been fine with a leap. But they chose the worst execution

Honestly speaking abhira can never truly become a mother to maira , no matter what she does and it's a fact .

Abhira truly has got a chance to become mother in actual sense with vaani . If she still has any sense left then she will never leave her and will treat her equally just like maira cause now she is legally adopted by abhira and also they lived for 8 years long years together.

Although I have least expectations from the doormat but if she uses her brain then she can make both maira and vaani co exist as her daughters. Atleast she will become a little likeable after that otherwise her character has totally been trash and unlikable so much so that you don't feel any sympathy for her .

I’m tired of same drama every time! I really wish gen5 doesn’t exist! If it exists, fire the current writers and get new ones who can write progressive tracks and run the show for audience! Show some real sensible tracks and strong characters!

I've zero expecations from abhira. I can already see her ditching mukti for maira and trashmaan in the end.If this was ekta ( in her prime ) I would've had expectations from abhira like she shown archana even after meeting her biological daughters loved purvi the most because its natural as she spent so many years with her.DKP can't handle tracks like these and will rather villainise mukti after abhira leaves her for maira most likely. They villainised rahi in anupama despite anupama being at fault.

Before the vani track I was very interested in gen 5 even with maira as FL but idk how will I react if they villainise vani in gen 5 who they have shown so innocent so far.I for sure isn't interested in maira anymore.Only if the ML and his family is decent and entertaining then I will watch gen 5 if maira is FL and mukti/vani is vamp

Whatever it is i am very disappointed. I had soo many expectations from abhira 's journey. I didn't like any character to the extent I love abhira . She could be the best fl of rishta. But definitely rajan shahi has some issues with abhira. , sam. I know it for sure now

Same here, I just have expectations from ML and his family now. Hope ML is good and his family are played by good actors.

Yeah as nobody is interested in maira using victim cards for her traumas like her father. Please spare us from that. But an entertaining ML and family as you have said played by good actors that humble maira and her traumas will be a good storyline

I’m actually curious to see how their first meet will be since Mukti has had a memory loss and her name has changed. I don’t have any hopes but it would be nice to see both girls becoming friends and supporting each other. While Maira teaches Mukti to be assertive, Mukti heals Maira and stops her from playing pranks as a coping mechanism. Sibling rivalry is too common.
