Daksh gets shocked, Brhmaji tells him to compelete the marriage. He has no other choice, so he compeletes the marrige. But his respect for Sati reduces after this incident. Dadhichi consoles him saying thishad to happen & he explains him, the Real qualities & power of Shivji.😊

Hope that smth like this would happen in the show
I believe that garlanding of Shiv is very poetic and beautiful epi, so it would be a pity not to see it in dramatic presentation.
What concerns Daksh's respect to Sati, in our show he has already lost it (And the way relations are portrayed, I also believe he has never had true one :) )

astrology. also he could never have said tripund mark as ashubh because he himself wears
the mark on his forehead( he is a shaiva rather than vaishnava)

but so did chandra, vishnu and even Brahma. No offence guys i only wanted to mention some
correct information

We know the real story. This interpretation is based on what is shown in the show. All the Saptarishis knew the importance of Lord Shiva, they were respected for their higher knowledge. Bhrigu being Shukracharya's father never stopped him from guiding Asuras against the Devas. He was an expert in Astrology, he could interprete the future events, but he never stopped Daksh from making. Kashyap at times ponts out to Daksh that he is wrong. In Mythological shows there will always be the right versions & wrong versions based on our knowledge. Various Puranas give different versions of the same story, gloryfying the God, whose story it is. One can reach the conclusion about right or wrong only after reading all of them & the concerned all the other fields like Occult Sciences, Astrology etc. Because what seems unimportant at in one text, can have a strong reference in other fields. It is not possible for the makers to show all the versions. This is their dramatic interpretation of Shivji & Sati. So just chill & enjoy the story. Thank u so much meenaxi for this but is tha shiv puran tha orignal one?

Rehma, our encient scripts are of 2 types, Shruti & Smruti. Shruti is the one heard by the greatest rishi's of high intellucualpowers, the way they heard, they wrote it down, without trying to interprete. Those texts are Vedas, Rig-Ved, Sam-Ved, Yajur-Ved, Atharva-Ved.
The texts they worte from their memories of what they heard are called Smruti. All the Puranas are Smrutis, which are written with the writer's interpretations.Over the period of thousands of years many scholars have written their interpretatios, which is at times different from the original ones. Deeper meanings of the Sanskrit texts is not explained by many. May be the original Shiv-Puran was much bigger then what is awailable today, because many incidents mentioed in that looks incompelete.

@ Vanadhi you know the Puranas that are awailable to us now sometimes says different in translated version, which looks flat at times, but interpreting the deeper meaning of the Sanskrit texts can give us some other variation.
Regarding the promos, if Daksh apporves this avatar, then he may get him married to Sati, when she puts garland around his neck, he may show his real roop. This way Daksh's condition, Sati's Sankalpa everything can be taken care of.
I wish, was able to go back in that time period & witness the real story😃
In Devi Puran,it is mentioned, daksh arranges Sati's swayamvar, calls all the Devas, Asuras, Gandharvas, Rishis, but shivji. vow devi puran having awesome concept...but our promo too seems to be coolll😛 thanks for explaining minakshi dear...

but it is also said in devi puran that sati shows her ten furious forms to shivji. in her birth place (citation needed 😆 or in some other place )...hey na
than shivji is going to stay in daksh palace ah...?😕😆 is that possible daksh always said he need his jamai in his house it self ...

then our shivji will stay or not ...

When Shivji stops Sati from going to Daksh's yagya, then she shows her 10 forms, all are not furious. Shivji never goes to stay at Daksh's place, after their marriage, they live at Kailash peacefully for some years.😊
