Indira knows that Rishi keeps lying abt things...than with what trust or with wht faith does she ask him to swear on her head??? 1stly she very well knew tht he is hiding something and Importantly Coz she knows wht she means to Him, coz she knws tht he wont be able to lie swearing on her. And so mentioning the word "Mere" wasnt tht necessary over there. Coz if u observe in that scene there wasnt much need of words or verbal communication. All that Happened there was non verbal communication, their eyes and gestures did the talking. Their understandings grew sooo strong that, without evn Rishi saying tht yes...its Inder sharma who stole the Necklace. Indira full confidently knew tht its him only!!!
