I still Stand MY Ground ... whether Jai Knows Bani LOves Him Or Not ... He is Married to her ... and they do have an undefined realtionship that has some Importance ... to Jai .. thats why he told Bani since its not for sake of Love he is asking her to put an end to her curiosity of the Raaz ... but for that relationship .. so whatever the Relationship ... since the situation had come by for the Raaz to be Known to bani ... he should have told her all .. coz .. he has a special kind of relationship ... in which a great amount of Understanding too is involved ... and common .. Jai Knows Very well Bani has deep feelings for him ... but thats just a nother point .
As a husband he owes it to bani to tell her coz she is rite there risking her life to Know the Raaz. that means she really wants to Know it . and as a wife she Has the rite .
Now i am not saying Jai out of the Blue should Just go and discuss this Raaz with her as idle conversation.
Above all .. in short .. Jai was thinking about himself . First .
otherwise he wouldnt have put a condition .. in front of Bani .. like its either Me or the Raaz . How does that sound if u think Hard on it . ?
Infact since he ddidnt know of Bani's feelings for him .. he should Have told her .. The Raaz .. and got rid of the Guilt that was stressing him out . and then afetr that go according to Bani's reaction .

I guess we could continue to debate on this but well I thought I would discuss some of the points yet again.
If like you said they share some kind of a special relationship then why doesn't Bani give up on finding out about the raaz when she knows that it really disturbs Jai? Jai doesn't know that he's in love with Bani but Bani has admitted to herself that she's in love with Jai then why doesn't she respect his feelings towards the raaz and let it go. I realise that she's curious but if according to your earlier description of their relationship Bani and Jai are truly comfortable in their relationship then she should also be able to accept that he has a past which he doesn't want to share with her and she should be comfortable and confident enough to believe that he will share it with her when he feels the time is right. I'm not saying that it's wrong for Bani to be curious or for her to find out something that's related to her life but if Jai's become a part of her existence then I suppose being the ideal bharatiya nari that she is she should respect his privacy. 😊 It's just two sides of a coin.....and I know that we'll never be able to convince each other of our opinions but allows for a healthy debate nevertheless!
And the other point, Yes he didn't know about Bani's feelings for him but he had feelings for her right? So he hid the raaz from her but swallowed the pill and decided to say it all to keep her alive only coz he had feelings for her not because he wanted to play with her feelings. He could've gotten rid of the guilt but at the cost of what? Losing Bani and her respect. If like you said he thougth about her feelings then telling her would hurt her more coz she loves him and he would be shattering her knowingly. So really Bani wouldn't have won in that situation anyways! And if like you said he was ridding himself of the guilt wouldn't that be selfish? That would be putting himself ahead of her! But instead Jai decided to put Bani and her life ahead of himself and hence didn't tell her something that will shatter her! Again two different ways of looking at the same thing! But def makes for some interesting discussion! 😊

Ah well .. in the end we still remain Jai/Bani Fans ..but it was nice to read everybody's opinion .. 😛

well, marriage with an undefined relationship is never a reason 2 share sum1's darkest secrets.jai walia still is of the notion tht bani will leave him.he also knows on knowin the truth bani n he wud hav no realtionship.she wud hate him.even roshni says so.bani n jai's relationship isnt strong enuf...n they hav just started feeling for each other...then why shud he share his secrets with her?he's still confused abt his feelings 4 her.i dont think marriage as itself is a reason enuf to share sum secret this painful 😊
