Looking at the way Shyam keeps reacting whenever he sees Arnav n Khushi together...i think this was planned by Arnav in such a way that Shyam will reveal himself in his frustration...Arnav knows that his sister will never believe him if he tells her shyam's truth...so he gets married to Khushi (who is Shyam's love and his Achilles heel)...he knows that Shyam won't be able to see his (yuck😡) Khushi with Arnav being his wife for too long...n will definitely reveal his love for Khushi in front of Anjali!!
That's why 6 months!! so when shyam's truth is out..he can leave Khushi n she can live happily ever after with Snake (you know what they say about 'sacrifising in love'! he would want to see Khushi happy in the end)...ðŸ˜
