Epic closing line. MUCH better than ACP Pradyuman's redundent "Jail main sartay raho. Phanci ka order aaney tak"

BTW, Dr. Salunkhe's closing line comes from The Case of Fifty thousand Enemies.

From Abhijeet in Coma " mujrimon ko pakadne ke liye CID waale apne jaan dene ke liye bhi taiyaar hai"

And from Father's revenge "Daya regin karega ?"

ACP's phaansi dialogue is common but it has become a part of CID's definition IMO .. though usual .. I love it .. when it's said by ACP sir !!

Loved the way he said it...😃

I love the phaasi dialogue too, but was just looking for something other than phaansi's for a change.

dont remember the exact dialogue, but my fav one is inspector asha's line in the dying statement.

This is the best ending dialogue...the way Abhijeet sir told this is just superb 😃

They're pretty cool lines indeed. 😃 Another favourite of mine is ACP sir's "...ek andhe ACP se haar gaya" to Dr. Salunkhe, and the latter's subsequent reaction to that, in Impossible Murder. A small display of their mutual respect under all that rivalry, which is pretty much absent these days.

The phaansi dialogue is neat but feels rather like a cliche these days. I liked the older "tumhe XYZ ke jurm mein giraftaar kiya jaata hai" a bit more.

I need to really think about this...I never gave it a thought about different ending dialogues...most of them anyway have phaansi, I am going to search for different endings now.

I can't call this a closing line. This was in Revenge of the Criminal...the last line was anyway phaasi, but there was a line 'Tumne plan achcha banaya lekin aadmi galat chuna...'. After that the lovely handshake but before that, ACP looks at Abhijeet and gives an expression of 'welcome back' ...Abhijeet acknowledges it and gives a nod. I loved that non-verbal communication between ACP and Abhijeet a lot. 😃

It shows that all those heavy senti dialogues are not necessary at all...they can say so much with just one expression...and we want more of those.

If they had ended stolen dynamite with the factory scene on Abhijeet's success .. then ACP's "I'm proud of you my boy" .. would've also been my favourite ending dialogue ..

I also liked Flashback's ending ..
Abhijeet : lagtha hai sir maine sah mein bahut kuch gavah diya hai .."
And the smile !!

Also I really like chemical bomb's ending dialogue ..

ACP : bahut badhiya kaam kiya tum dono ne
Abhijeet : sir jeet humaari nahi .. jeet CID ki hai !!

Also bomb robbery .. than ended on a nice smiles filled moment !!
