Bauji is surprised and says it doesn't seem so I mean your father have loads of money. dillo gives an xcuse n says its all fake bt the reality is dat v r facing financial crisis so I need this money. He also requests to Bauji to not to tell abt this to any one. Dillo leaves chand's parents r in dilemma they r confused. Chand's mom dusn't like the way dillo demand the money bt bauji is convinced and he decides to help dillo as he helped them ven they were going through a bad patch.

Scene shifts:- (adi's house.) gp is reading d news paper.Adi n Shanty r bak. Adi hav tears in his eyes n he hugs go. Gp tries to console him n says everything ll get bak to normal. Kamini who overhears this conversation is very happy.
Scene shifts: - ( Chand's house.) Bauji is happy as he managed to arrange the money. He took this money on intest. He is abt to leave dillo is talking to sum one on phone n bauji hears his conversation. He is shocked to hear dat dillo is betraying his trust n he needs all this money just to do aawar gardi( Loafer baazi.) Bauji is shocked. Dillo has seen him bt pretends that he is not aware abt his presence. He then asks bauji to give him those money n also requests dat him not to ytell abt this to ne one.
Scene shifts :- (Chand's home.) Bauji is totally shocked n he can't believe his ears. He tells d whole incidence to his wife n decide to postpone the marriage.
