I cried during my stay...

This post is just amazing. All the information posted here...Thank you for all for your efforts to share your knowledge on this horrifying event.

I have never been interested in History as my teachers have always been boring (its sad) and back when I learned it...it was all in books only...and I am not that great of a reader. So I really depend on movies, articles and hear them from people who have read and or experienced historical events. Even though I knew about the tortures, reading about them again just makes me feel exact same way as I did when I first got to know about it. When the readers can't ever forget, then just the thought of the people who actually went through it all, the ones who survived it all, just make me feel this immense pain.

History repeats itself in one way or another, innocent people die due to someone's want for extreme powers.

These horrific events should give us all the inspiration to do something when you see something wrong happening. I hope people learn from our history to do as little as they can if not big to stop people doing injustice to people around us.

I can't tell U how horrible it was.

Like I said, I wore so many clothings yet I was shivering.

My feet were frozen and this wheather was NOTHING To what people went through at that time.

Gosh Nisha I have so much to tell but this weak heart just loses it!

You know what they used to do?

They would bring thousands of people, telling them to sit in a room and then they will have a shower.

And you know what would happen next?

They would Gas them from above and Kill them.

And then they would burn their bodies.

At first people prisoned thought it was just dust, but later they they realized it was ashes of dead people.

They had this thing,

females and children in one side.

Males who were healthy and able to work, on one side.

And people who were old, handicapped etc were...killed.

Nisha I just don't know how to tell U.

It was a shocker when I was there looking at the places for real.

I've seen Graves there as well.

And people go there to place flowers and salute them for going through such a torture.

Hitler had like his right hand men.

And One had this Concentration camp to handle .

He was killed eventually but they tried wiping these Camps out before anyone found out but failed to do it on time.

Its a shamefull thing to even smile while you're there because the entire place haunts you, you want to cry for them and say 'did this happen?'

When I came back, I was litrally numb for a couple of few hours in our apartment.

We were in Krakow so we visited loads of places related to the Holocaust ..

And Yes, tomorrw I will post the pictures up.

Just hope I get it done without crying.
