I have always agreed with what you are saying, Arnav's behavior is too odd to be normal, something is definitely up. But to be honest, even though I know something is cooking in his brain, I am still loving this side of Arnav, call it manipulative or new I don't care, but this change is making me go gaga.

While I do believe Arnav is suspicious of Shyam I don't think anything fishy is going on in regards to Khushi. I think Arnav has just finally decided to accept his love, its about time don't you think considering how long he's waited
