i'll help you😛

Well, Mayakkam means dizzy. And Enna means what.

But together it would be "Why is this dizziness/queasiness?"

In this context it means a person who falls head-over-heels in love with another is
said to be suffering from " mayakkam"—dizziness, confusion, intoxication, and delusion.

Hope i helped.

Thanks Sagikaa😃. Your explanation helped big time. Not sure If the tile is for Siddhi falling in love or Kunal? Going by the the current track it has to be Siddhi right😉? Thanks for your help again.

I think the title name is because in the beginning kunal is a little confused about his professional life and his responsibilities. Here "mayakkam enna" is in the other sense like in that old song(if you know it) mayakkama kalakaama manadhile kulappama vazhkayyil nadukama" i think this suits kunal. Maybe they will play this song on kunal.
