He started his career in Bollywood. But with no major success in B-Town, he turned to the small screen and was an immediate hit there.
He has films like Tum Bin, Dil Vil Pyar Vyarand Koi Mere Dil Mein Haito his credit and has worked in TV shows like Saat Phere. Ek Packet Umeed, Simply Sapneand Sevenand has also done a few commercials.
Currently seen in the show Maryada...Lekin Kab Tak, there have been many speculations about the show coming to an end. Ask him about Maryadacoming to an end and he says, "Every good thing comes with an expiry date and we have come to terms with it. It is better to end a show on a higher note than to stretch it unnecessarily." About the reports of him quitting the show with Riddhi, he quips, "It was true. We were planning to quit the show by the end of January because of some creative differences with the production team. But luckily the show is shutting."
With latest reports of Maryadagetting a six months extension in the same time slot, only time will tell the final fate of the show.
