Nothing went wrong with her. She chose to live her life the way she wanted to. There is nothing WRONG if someone decides not to give career the be all and end all of everything...each to his own.

I don't equate hard work with success...it's not about hard work...it's about knowing what to do for success...you can be the most hard working person around but if you are not smart enough to know what it takes to be on top, you are never going to get there. Like Maddy said Sush probably did not suck up to the right people or sucked up to certain people at the wrong time!

there's no doubt that Aishwarya's slept her way up big time, wish she just wouldn't be so pretentious and be open about it, rather than fake. I still laugh when I remember Aishwarya telling Oprah she was still living with her parents in 2006, right living with her parents but spending the nights in dozens of men's bed's, and no she wasn't singing lullaby's to them.

Yeah she slept with the right people whereas poor ol' better looking better acting and better everything sush slept with the wrong people. Ash always seemed like a user climbing up some imaginary ladder .. Just waiting for karma to come bite her in the butt. Maybe it has with an overbearing boring bossy father in law an a family that pretends they are royal and a useless husband that has to ask his dad for permission to breathe everymorning . Lame

this is ridiculous, your sayign that aishwarya only got roles because she slept with men...Well how did she act so well in devdas, hum dil de chakde sanam, guru??? Did she sleep around to get some acting advises as well...audiences wouldn't like her if she couldn't act at all, her talent and hard work has also led the way for her to be what she is today... people make rumourseveryday and i don't understand how people can be so naive to beleivve them...
