Love the title, Rani!!!! You know I agree with all that's been written...I just can't wait to see Saroj's face when love starts to trump over everything Mohan does...She can spew her venom all she wants, but once Mohan finally acknowledges the obvious, her house of spices is gonna come crashing down... 😈

I posted this in edt and am posting it again today they gave another U-turn to saroj yesterday ... they showed her miffed with the paramparas that oppressed her and women more than once in the past and today they made her say she respects them all 🥱

I don't think it's a U-Turn at all. She is completely irrational when it comes to Kastur. Her hatred and irrationality overrides everything. And it had been slowly building as the marriage went on, changing and adapting (but ever growing) according to the changing circumstances and developments.

See then they should have shown it that way, i totally agree she is irrational when it come to kastur and all wrongs become right ... but when they made her say "just because i send you abroad without baapji's consent does not mean i forgot prampara" It means she believed in all of that and is ok with all of that ... which is so not consistent with what was shown of her earlier

But people forget certain things, twist certain things, change certain sets of opinions/beliefs sometimes when it suits them. And here, it suits her to say that. Especially in her irrational state, because it's about Kastur.

And I don't think it means she's agreeing with all of it, but conveniently agreeing with traditions which suit her actions now.
