Friends, the content of the thread matters no one like to comment or view similar topics. Niether do they like to comment and view meaningless topics.
The increasing no. of pink topics indicates the show has proved worthy of discussion and members are actively participating in continuation. More no. of pink threads increase the activity and views points.Which will help to increase our shows ranking in IF.

I'm really happy to see lot of new members have come in and contributing towards the activity on the forum. This thread is specially made to help you all to understand how the Chaska Meter Ranking of the Show, Hina and Karan can be increased and also how/why it can be decreased. The Do's and Don'ts . So lets get started...😆
HELP In INCREASING the chaska meter show Ranking!!!!
Chaska meter is based on how many times and how many members hit the chaskameter.So please hit the chaskameter every time you come to this forum.
There are basically five aspects on which ranking depends...
1) Buzz point
Buzz point depends upon Comments posted on the Articles and videos on IF.
If any article or Video is posted by TB please comment and rate it. It will increase our buzz points. As you all know we get at least one article every week i.e TRP ratings. So please rate and comment on it. Also mention YRKKH in your comment.
Other than that what we can try is rate and comment on YRKKH episode videos...lets do that everyday. Lets see if it can helps in gaining us buzz points...😃
2) Rating
How many times and how many members hit the chaskameter.
3) & 4) Views & Activity
Views and Activity are inter related as an active forum brings in more viewers.
Open new meaningful topics to discuss where members can visit, revisit, comments. Actively participate in DOTW and GOTW which will keep the forum active. These kind of activities keep the buzz in the forum. We need to increase views and comment on threads.
Silent members are still silent. Just liking the comments is not enough. Come in open and have your say. Put your points across.
Comments on WU threads are also very less compared to number of likes it gets.The wonderful Written updaters that we have are going out of their way to give us these updates and we don't even bother to say a few words of appreciation.
5) Followers
Followers are those who have subscribed YRKKH as My Forum. We are still less compared to others.
Adding Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai to ur "My Forums" list will improve Chaska Meter Rankings...

Keep the Forum Pink...😃
You all must be wondering what's this with keeping the forum pink. Just read on you will understand this tag line...😆
When we open thread its icy blue in colour and then after some times for some thread it changes colour to pink but some thread still remains blue. Anyone knows the reason?
I always thought colour changes depending upon no. of comments but no it doesn't.
The colour of the thread determines its popularity and is not only dependent on no. of comments in it. So friends, to turn it into popular topic is also dependent on it's views and how many viewers will revisit the topic. Hence, if the topic makers and its viewers revisit, checks and comments, that will change it to a popular topic. 25 comments or 250 views whichever happens first will change the thread colour into pink.

Friends its a request to comment on Hina Khan and Karan Mehra's profile atleast twice a day to increase their ranking...I'm sure we won't like to see our Naksh/Hiran going down in ranking like this...

Don't know why? But there are lot of members who are active in this forum but they do not comment on Karan and Hina's profile.
Friends, don't be upset or surprised if the ranking of our fav stars decreases considerably. As we do not wish to spend few seconds of our life to comment on their profiles.

Just the way the TRP's of the show is increasing we want the IF ranking should also increase. I know together we can and we will push it up in ranking...😃
Please actively participate in the DOTW and GOTW. Specially in the DOTW as hardly few members comment and give their views on this thread. Friends please understand these topics are put up by your fellow friends and it takes lot of thinking and effort to make such post.
Also increase no. of Views per Topic...😊
