Sonam Kapoor bashes Mausam

For the first time, Sonam Kapoor has spoken about what went wrong with her Shahid Kapoor-starrer Mausam.

Mausam was promoted and marketed fantastically, the leads chemistry was also fine. It ultimately failed because of a shotty story with shit pacing that ended up being overkill.

Sonam believes in burning her bridges..

I wouldn't call that bashing...it's a criticism of the movie which I don't agree with. I think she is being kind with this comment. Mausam's flaw was not pace...it's the execution and the god awful ending! Especially the lost and found part :P The first half was slow but enjoyable...it's the second part which goes haywire! Somewhere I feel the movie lost itself because the director tried to make it epic (and commercially viable)...I think the subject matter needed a more sensitive approach and more work was needed to make a tighter sensible script. There were scenes that were sparkling...and then there were scenes that were horrible to the point that it seemed like the film had multiple directors.

Hmmm...does she think it's right to criticize her OWN movie? I thought it was wrong criticize your own work, one should always support their own movies. 😆😉

I think I should just stop taking anything that comes out of her mouth seriously from now on...

well she is nominated for the worst actress...for this movie...i dont think she is female mahatma gandhi to welcome so many slaps...its natural to react 😆
