I don't think bani's to be blamed or the father. One may not have the kind of bringing up they wanted, but its up to them to make their life & take responsibilities of their action.
Any way if its father's fault then howcome bani & rano are the way they are. Same argument if its bani's upbringing, how is Rano so mature.
