hello friends
i have certain confusion sabout soyarabai.
As we all know soyrabai mohite comes from the mohite family and was shivajiraze's second wife married to him at and early age.and her son was chattr.rajaram.
this info is given in almost most of the books and websites.
and almost all websites and books mention sayeebai nimbalkar as shivaji first n fav wife.
but there is one certain book by some jaswant lal...which says soyrabai comes from the shirke family n was married to him in 1660 {1yr aftr sayees death} and was shivaji's 3rd wife who was also his favourite[it gave me a heartattack of CORSE sai is his fav rite?].We know that sambaji was shivbas fav son but here they mention rajaram as his fav son.
and it says shivaji's death was kept secret by HIS FAVOURITE QUEEN SOYRABAI.
THIS IS ONE DOUBT.
Some sources say soyrabai PERHAPS had one daughter balibai or dipabai!
actually it differs from sources to sources that might or might not have had a daugh.
but i read somewhere srry dun remember where some chandrakant bhonsle or sum 1 like that mentions dipabai as saibai's daugh.!!but sai had 3 daughters rite??so if this dipabai thingy is true she had 4 daughters???
can sum1 pls guide me or explain??
