Is this what Jai and Bani are going to say to each other while completing the rituals of their marriage in all aspect? Quite difficult, given the fact one of them has drunk too many drinks and the other has drunk a mixed concoction. But thanks God, Ekta and her creative directors showed Bani drinking a soft drink and nothing more.
Mausi is just like a Fairy Godmother. Unwittingly, what she has done is definitely going to benefit her Munna and her Bahu. Her magic wand is working wonders for the couple. But, I wish she was a tad evil, so that by magic she could have vanished Roshni and her slimy, greedy ilk.
Another good thing is that both Bani and Jai are yet fully aware of their surroundings and senses. Bani has taken the drink, mixed with some love potion by Roshni that was intended for Jai. She has realized that some basic changes were going on physically and yet, she's thinking pretty rationally. After all these insults, it's but natural for someone to think of leaving.
Jai is a man who can handle his drinks well and I am sure, he definitely drove back on his own (until and unless Ranveer decided to be his chauffeur).
Now, how cute! Nobody else is at home – only two lonely hearts, seeking to come out of their solitude and struggling with the ever changing faces of emotions and turmoils within themselves.
Ekta has got it right till now, the ambience is perfect – the room looks great, the candles are alluring, and I loved the way all sounds ceased to exist when Jai enters the room, takes stock of the situation and starts walking towards Bani!!! What I like even better is that Bani did not turn back to acknowledge his presence, even though I am sure all the pores of her cells were awake and she could feel her husband's presence just as we breathe in air. Now, I want things to go perfect for these two.
No, I am not expecting much, but whatever is being shown, I hope it brings out the sweetness and romanticism of the situation and the moment and the aesthetic value is pretty high. No, Ekta don't spoil this. Not only for Bani and Jai, but also for us. No garish music either, maybe Kenny G or Yanni in the background.
And, Jai must be pretty sure of the entire incident. A lot depends on him actually. He knows that his feelings for Bani has changed, that some of his family members are at loggerheads with her and that it will be entirely his onus to establish her position in the Walia household as his wife, and not his mistress.
And Bani, oh, my honey bun, please don't feel bad the next morning. I know you are not sure of your husband's intentions and feelings, but sweetie, just hang in there for some more time, he will go out of his way to woo you and win you.
