Well, this takes the cake, the bakery and the flour mill too...

When do people stop at their own agendas and pandering to someone's ego or collective egoes and SAY A SIMPLE

THANK YOU

To the makers 4 Lions for conceiving this show, for putting the show together, for giving YOU ALL happiness and joy for months all together.

BUT NO, you guys have to call them names right?

Why?

Because you are all greedy for more!

Huh!

And some piper is telling you to dream on and is egging you on and you are falling prey to the one who is egging you on with hopes and false dreams.

Well, they did the same to earlier shows with KMH or Kitani Mohabbat Hai and Kritika Kamra and Karan Kundra - the Channel and the PH and the actors fell for those tricks. DO YOU THINK the tricks will work again?

You think fans know better than CHANNEL HEADS and PEOPLE WHOSE BREAD AND BUTTER Is ENTERTAINMENT and who in the first place had the brains to bring this show about!

Oh YEAH!

THINK AGAIN! and stop fooling yourselves and stop fooling others.

Don't get manipulated.

Don't fall prey to someone who thinks they are the pipers who can swing the destiny.

Don't be LEAD into wasting your time.

Accept that it is over and done with and live with the memories.

Those that want to attack me, BE MY GUEST! I just don't care who you are - it only holds a mirror to what you are.

STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLE's EMOTIONS TELLING THEM to keep on fighting - for what? Did u not do the same with KMH and what were the results - on its season it barely managed to have an audience and it is these so called campaigners for season 2 that were the first ones to abandon the show.

STOP USING OTHERS for fulfilling your agendas and your desires.

SAY

THANK YOU TO THE MAKERS for such a GOOD SHOW ALL THESE MONTHS and MONTHS.

And stop attacking or abusing them like you are doing on FB and STOP HARASSING PEOPLE.

Bri, hello 🤗 Lovely to see you again after a very long time.

Indeed, thanks is due to all those who conceived GHSP, the story of Geet, and brought it to life. That includes the original producers. They brought together a creative and support team that conceived of two strong characters and, above all, two actors who gave life to Geet -- the lass who dared soar about societal constraints -- and Maan -- the loner who was the "wind beneath her wings". Brilliant actors as individuals, together they soared even greater heights. And, in this, they were ably supported by those who provided stark contrast to (NT and Brij) as well as the perfect foil for (Adi, Pinky, Grandma Khurana) them.

Speaking solely for myself, it was the *characters* of Maan and Geet, their characters defined by their circumstances, that caught my attention and had me hooked to the show.

So to all those who were responsible for that, thanks is due. If it includes those at 4 Lions, thanks to them. The reason I word it thus is because I am factually unsure if credit can be attributed solely to 4 Lions as the Production House or whether it actually ought to be attributed to the earlier set of producers who are still credited as "Ex-producers".

If I have continued watching GHSP until the end (apart from a pact with a friend about making GHSP the equivalent of some of our mutual friends' Kayamath), it would be because I would classify myself as a "Just One Serial Wonder Fan" -- that puzzling class that you had listed out in the Den so long ago.

We know that some folks somewhere were unable to sustain the atmosphere that resulted in this unforgettable, unexpected flight. And, those folks sucked the wind out and clipped the wings -- the characters -- of the series. In so doing, they started a suicidal descent. And, for that, I cannot bring myself to thank them.

So, my appreciation and thanks to all those responsible for etching and bringing to life the characters of Maan and Geet, Adi and Pinky and Grandma Khurana and the "evil ones", Brij and NT -- the characters of the better part of the first year of GHSP, the characters who will always be fondly remembered -- through the story that was Geet Hui Sabse Parayi.

Most of the people here I think are enough thankful, but they r too hurt and disppointed, remember the show is very close to our heart, we would not be sad If the show is not close to our heart, this is enough a credits to them If u think of it practically, a thank you is not enough, actions speak louder and that is what fans doing, they r trying to save their favourite show, coz they love it, not coz they r not having ego problem or not thankful...

@Bri- Hello !! A different problem -that we forgot to address in this hulla bullu-yes GHSP team deserves their due credit for showcasing & introducing those magnificent characters of Maan & Geet that somehow took us away from the real world into their dream-filled land & yet paradoxically made us face incidents that brought us closer to reality...

So thanks to entire team of GHSP-we loved & will continue to love the exceptional show you brought us😊

But like Medha-I'm also in a fix of present producer v/s ex-producer dilemma- for the current PH seems to not just end the show -but directly attack fans' sentiments -though we've supported them even in dreary times -when they'd found certain "reasons" for dwindling execution 'n' lack of financial back-up long ago-before show's ending entered the equation.

At such a crucial moment perhaps there might be peepz-who might've burst up into abuses etc -though I'm not in support in their way of reacting to this news,but there has been enough provocation from other side too at times -considering the way they casually dropped the bomb of "closing curtains" without a backwards glance.

Ok- from my side I mayn't be greedy for more -but greedy for a proper closure - without reasons of PH wanting to wash their hands off the show to concentrate on other lucrative deals or channel just sidelining it for re-vamp -thats all😃

So -all this halla bol may or may not work -but atleast we'd tried the best we could to save our show from being axed coz of negligence on others' part

I agree with you dear
I am Thankful to the entire team of Geet from the cast to the crew
but I will still try to save our favorite show Geet
I don't know if the channel will change its decision or not
but at least I know that I tried my best for something that I love so much
at least I know that I have tried along with my friends on GF to save a show...
not just be thankful and do nothing at all

@Bri...Nobody is a ''piper'' here ''egging'' people to revolt. GHSP fans are mature enough to know what's good or bad for them and if they are fighting to save this show its out of their own will. Nobody is holding a gun to their heads...🤔 There are some who think its a waste of time to fight and are glad that the show is ending. Likewise there are some who think its worth trying. Each to his own!!!

Regarding the PH. We are certainly thankful to them for giving us this show and all credit to them for it BUT if they have right over our thanks then they should be ready to receive the flak that comes their way too. Many fans have been irked by the cavalier behavior of the PH and they have every right to voice their displeasure, isn't it?

Anyway nobody is forcing or manipulating anyone to do anything. If someone wants to fight you are most welcome, if someone doesn't so be it. Live and let live!!!

If I can borrow that term- yes, I too am a 'one-show-wonder' fan Medha..

Fell hard for this couple, Maan Geet, and for their brilliant portrayal onscreen by Drashti and Gurmeet.. The entire GEET team did a fabulous job in the beginning, from everywhere -the dark plot, the direction , creative cinematography, the poetic dialogues... even the casting was super.

I have never felt connected to a 'Daadi' before .. she was smart, elegant, with such an open outlook to life.. even Dev and NT, Abhinav and that actress, fit the bill of the wayward royal couple to T.

And have we ever had a facebook page dedicated to a servant before 😆 Nakul was impressed us all to say the least.😎

The show was unique in its concepts, in the scenes... the dargah scene, Maans raging scenes, the beautifully simple conversations they had when they first reunited in the hospital, Maan's monologue by the fire place in Manali.. oh and scores of other ones , the epic 'kurbaan hua ' dance..

all, fond memories.

So I would like to thank all those who were associated with this show in the beginning, some of who still are influencing the show , giving us the smallest reason to watch it .. everyone.

I had hoped it would start afresh , and anew on the new channel .. but if it doesnt.. I wish the cast and the team all the best for their new ventures. This show , this couple will be sorely missed.

Hey mates, while I respect each and every individual wish and opinion expressed here, let me also ask you to take stock of the reality.

With less that 1.5 TRP all through out its sujourn and a pathetic under par below 1 TRP for most of the year when other shows are getting 5.6 and odd, you want these actors and the PH to dedicate their time, money and effort in pandering to the wishes of a few hundred online fans who have no job other than to conduct rallies and morchas or else burn effigies or burn reputations and call people names or attack people who have given them such a show itself in the name of LOVE for the SHOW. This is LOVE???????

Secondly, did people just consider one aspect, MAY BE the PH and the CAST are bored of this show and they just want a break from it all before the PH comes out with a new show.

May be DD and GC both are bored with their pairing and want to explore other opportunities.

NOOO! why think of it!

Fans wish is the COMMAND CENTRAL and the CHANNEL AND PH BETTER TOE THE LINE! OR WHAT??????????????? People will mail them and attack them? I saw some death threats too and suicide threats too on the FB wall! REALLY? People will go to any extent to fulfill their wishes right, Why can't they just accept things as they are? Isn't ENOUGH EVER ENOUGH! WE have to dictate terms to them - the channel, the makers, the cast - WE THE FANS ARE THE BE ALL AND END ALL - if that is NOT EGO WHAT IS IT?

Its easy to say thanks, but not easy to work hard to achieve on saving something they love and that is the true thanks which r true Geet fans r doing currently...

Do u have idea how much sad and depressed each one in the set? Not only viewers, even they r sad and in short, true fans would never accept defeat...
