The episode starts with Saaksshi on the terrace crying over Rakshit's death. Then her mom and dad come and share her sorrow. At the police station, reporter takes the interview of the police chief and Aslam where they tell her that the investigation is going on and they will find the culprit soon. At Saaksshi's house, they have Rakshit's death ceremony. In that ceremony, police comes and arrests Saaksshi for Rakshit's death. Her family protest but police informs them that they have the proof. Then Saaksshi's shown in the jail. They show the flashback, where in the court the lawyer informs that the bullet found from Rakshit's body matches with the gun that she had (the one Deepak gave her). The judge gives her life time imprisonment to be in the jail. Saaksshi is shown shouting that she didn't kill him. Outside the court, reporters surround her and ask her many questions. They show Rakshit's parents kinda depressed and angry on her. Saaksshi's dad tells her that they will hire the best lawyer and that she shouldn't get worried. (This was all in flashback). At the jail Deepak comes to see saaksshi. Saaksshi's shown very angry on him. Deepak tells her that he knows what she's going through. He further adds that now she knows how close she is to the death. She asks him the reason about giving her the gun at her wedding night. He tells her that it was all for protection and he knows that general is behind all this. He tells her that he knows everything but doesn't understand how the bullet from rakshit's body matches with her gun. She's shown confused too. At the same time they show general and (new girl) talking how she's the one who exchanged the gun. General understood her trick and tell her that she did everything so that saakshi doesn't die. She answers him that whatever he wanted happened and adds that Saaksshi is in jail and suffering and that's the biggest punishment for any innocent. She tells him that if he would have killed her then she would be dead only once, but in the jail she will die very many time. In the end of the conversation she asks him whether he's ready now to go back (Pakistan). Then her dad is shown talking to some lawyer (sorry didn't here their conversation properly). But I think lawyer tells him that it's better if she confesses that she's guilty. At the police station Saaksshi gets a call and it was general. He tells her that now he's happy. Saaksshi's angry and tells him that she won't leave him. But he cuts her informing that now he'll kill her family members. Then she'll realize the death of somebody's loved one. Saakshi's dad is shown in a telephone booth. General is somewhere near him (conversation is continued). He tells her that he seems very depressed and helpless. When his dad is shown coming out of the telephone booth and walking on a road, general continues informing that he seems lost thinking about her daughter and doesn't see the truck coming towards him. He in the end of the conversation, he makes saaksshi listens to the accident where the truck hits her dad. Saakshi's cries for help and informs the police that the guys she's talking to is the killer and is threatening her. Lady inspector takes the phone from her and tries talking, but on one was there on the other line. She accuses her that when somebody's guilty, they try to defense themselves by doing all this drama. They put her back in the jail. Saakshi's thinking how she has to run away from the jail to save her mom and sister as she doesn't know how her dad is. She pretends having serious stomached. Constable opens the door and tries to find out what's wrong with her. But she throws her and runs away. She throws the male constable too that comes in her way. Inspector and other constable are after her. But suddenly one of the inspectors comes in front of her and orders her to stop. The show ends with camera on her face.
